BHP = BRASS HEAD PUTTERS BRASS HEAD PUTTERS BHP 1 ARMY & NAVY C S L, LONDON: A circa 1900 Army & Navy Brass Blade Putter with the head clearly stamped "A & N C S L". The replacement shaft is of exotic Dangawood. G-6 $100 BHP 2 BRIDGEPORT GUN & IMPLEMENT CO, CT: A nice brass blade putter with the "B G I" oval mark on the head and "B G I 113" on the shaft below a replacement period type grip. Scarce with a numbered original shaft. G-7 $120 BHP 3 BURKE MFG CO, NEWARK, OH: "Lady Burke" on a circa 1920's "G 2" Brass flanged back Putter with a line scored face. G-6 $60 BHP 4 DUNN, WILLIE, NEW YORK: A circa 1900 smooth face brass blade Putter with "Colonial" in fancy scrolling on the back. Shaft is stamped "213". Grip is a period type replacement. Nicer than it sounds. G-6 $95. BHP 5 HIATT & CO., BIRMINGHAM, ENGLAND: A very scarce circa 1895-1900 straight brass blade Putter made for "R W Kirk, Wallasy" with "Hiatt" boldly in the center. Original looking shaft and replacement buff grip. G-5 $145.00 BHP 6 SPALDING, DYSART, FIFE, SCOTLAND A large "L" at the toe and "Crescent" in an oval on a circa 1900-1905 smooth face diamond back blade with a replacement shaft. G-6 $85 BHP 7 SPALDING, USA: A "MORRISTOWN" smooth face brass putter circa 1900. Shaft and wrapped leather grip are replacements. G-5 $70 BHP 8 SPALDING, USA: "Crescent" below the circular "Spalding Trade Mark" on a circa 1900-05 two way straight brass blade Putter. The replacement period shaft and grip appear original. G-6 $110.00 BHP 9 SPALDING, USA: Circa 1894-1897 with "Spalding Special" in block letters on the head. G-5+ $125 BHP 10 UNKNOWN MAKER: A smooth face Brass blade Putter similar to the Leslie Putter with a step down back. Circa 1910-1915 without any back markings. Original shaft with a replacement grip. G-6 $75 BHP 11 UNKNOWN MAKER: "Wyandell Brand Putter" on a circa 1915-1920 brass blade with a bordered hyphen scored face. Replacement grip on the original shaft. G-7 $90.00 BHP 12 WRIGHT & DITSON, BOSTON, MA: A nice ladies circa 1910 brass head "G M Putter" (G M= Gun Metal"). Looks all original. G-7 $65
